We hope everyone is staying home and staying safe while our provider teams, and healthcare workers across the country, work to contain the spread of COVID-19 and continue to provide care to our communities across the country.

Your local membership team is working from home and continue to meet the needs of residents enrolling in membership.  When you enroll through your local membership team we make donations to local non-profits, St. Charles Foundation, Ronald McDonald House of Oregon and Stroke Awareness Oregon, with each membership enrollment.

Due to COVID-19 we have switched to working with our existing business plans electronically.  Discounted membership rates availabe to employers wishing to provide membership as part of their annual health benefits package.
